    Access the Member Area (https://sistemasbc.cardiol.br/AreaAssociados) even if you are not a member, it is your area registered at SBC. In the “My Registrations” menu, confirm the registration for the Congress and the registration login. If the problem persists, contact support: sbc@cardiol.br or via whatsapp on the event website.

  • How do I pay the dues or join SBC before applying?
    Access the member area and choose the option to pay your annuity or to join (https://sistemasbc.cardiol.br/AreaAssociados). · If you are a new user, you must first register and then join. Go to the FILE-SE menu and attach the documentation. · If you only want to pay the annual fee, log in and check your financial situation in the BILLINGS menu. Wait for the email confirming your membership or regularization. After confirming your regularization or membership, you will be able to register for the event and benefit from the discount for non-defaulting SBC members. Important: Pay attention to the necessary documentation and that all mandatory information is completed.   • I have registered for the Congress as “non-Member”, but I am now a Member. Am I entitled to change categories or request a refund of the cost difference?
    According to our Cancellation Policy, the refund rules follow the following criteria: · Full refund: for requests made within 07 (seven) days from the date of registration. · 50% refund: after 07 (seven) days of registration. After requesting reimbursement, make a new registration with the current value for your category as a member.
  • I requested a new password on the registration page but did not receive the link. What should I do?
    The password is always sent to the registered email. It is recommended to check your "spam" box and, if you still cannot find the link, contact SBC customer service by email: sbc@cardiol.br or via whatsapp on the event's website.< /p>
  • I meet the criteria for registration with a discount, but when accessing my purchase, the value generated appears as “Non-Member”. What should I do?
    Check if the login used is the Cardiol login, as this is the associative link identifier with the active members portal. To do this, access the Menu field, click on “COLLECTIONS” and then check that all annuities prior to 2021 are paid off.     For Non-Members, the available enrollment categories are: · Academics (undergraduate in medicine) · Doctor · Physician with up to 04 years of graduation (completed from 2018) · Resident and · Professionals from other areas of health.   • I made the payment of the pending annuities via the Congress portal, but I still cannot register for the discounted event. When does this release happen?
    If the payment was made via bank slip, it is necessary to wait up to two (02) business days for the discharge to be lowered into the system. Make sure your registration is deactivated. If it is by card, the release usually occurs within 24 hours, if the payment is approved by the operator.   • When accessing my registration I verified that the status is as "deactivated". Does this interfere with my application?
    If your registration appears as “deactivated”, it means that you are inactive as a member of SBC.
